(SK, NS and NB Only) Completing a Medication Review

1. Launch a medication review.
2. Proceed to conduct the medication review with the patient and enter any necessary information in the appropriate tabs:
   • The Patient Tab
   • The Medication Record Tab
   • (SK Only) The Follow Up Tab
   • The Prescriber Tab
   • The Pharmacist Notes Tab
   • The History Tab
   • (SK Only) Capturing the Patient Signature

3. Once you are done, select the Complete button.
   Saskatchewan Users Only:

   Checklist for Completeness window opens. Ensure you have completed and selected everything on the checklist before clicking OK.

   

4. If patient consent was not collected, the 'Consent' window appears. Select the appropriate radio button.

5. Select the OK button.

   Note: If the patient signature hasn't been captured, the Patient Signature window appears.

   The medication review will appear.

6. Do one of the following:
   • If you wish to print the review, select the Print button.
   • If you are done and do not need to do anything further with the review, select the Close button.
